If we make significant changes, we will make that clear on the Kubitees website or other Kubitees services, or by some other means of contact such as email, so that you are able to review the changes before you continue to use Kubitees.
What personal data we collect
We will never sell any of your personal data to any third party. This includes information such as your name, address, email address or credit card information.
We collect data about you, such as your name, date of birth, gender, address, email address, social media handle, screen name and phone number to ensure your information is verified and thus, safe from fraudulent entities. Your personal is also used to complete your purchases, keep you informed of changes to our services/offerings, process your payments and refunds, give you access to all aspects of your customer account, and to ensure your overall experience with us is seamless.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
